John is a licensed real estate broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission who, since 1972, has been actively involved in every aspect of Austin property management and brokerage of investment properties, both residential and commercial. Born and raised in Austin, Texas, he earned his B.B.A. from the University of Texas and subsequently launched his life-long career in real estate. John's skill sets and experience give our clients a great value as their Austin property manager. John's history has involved management of a large range of properties, from apartment complexes to fourplexes. Lawrence "Larry" D. Parks, Partner

Larry is a licensed Broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission, a licensed non-practicing attorney* with the State Bar of Texas, serving as your Austin property manager. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, he came to Austin as soon as he could, earned a B.S. in Geological Sciences from the University of Texas and subsequently a Doctorate in Law. He has strong technical skills and automated Prime Properties' accounting and property management software system thereby increasing Prime Properties' efficiency in providing Austin TX property management services. Having practiced law for 10 years, he is able to provide innovative solutions in a variety of settings. Larry's skill set diversifies the firm's ability to adapt to the changing role of asset management in today's Austin TX property management environment.
